It’s early in the morning, about four am. It feels like a good time for writing.My mind is clear and I feel that quiet relaxation. It’s a good time for me. to recharge, to focus on a new day.
I was thinking it has been a while since I have done this. I need it back and part of my everyday life..It doesn’t solve problems, directly, but give you the strength to deal with the daily ups and downs.
Time to get ready for work. Lets do this again tomorrow morning. and the next. Maybe I will start a good habit here.
