Is that living? I check myself and set my focus on NOW. Not disregarding the past, but ever moving forward. Moment to moment. Experiencing all there is, both good and bad……….
NOW , no other way. It seems as time goes on I am slowing down. not only physically, but mentally. Instead of challenging the NOW, it is easier to live in the comfort of the past. After all it is the known and takes the least amount of effort.
